Can I mix lotus and white lotus flavours in one YuBake gift set?
Yes, selected gift sets allow you to mix flavours. Sets may contain 2, 3, 4 or 6 pieces. Check the current product page to see which flavours and set sizes are available.
Are YuBake's traditional baked lotus mooncakes Less Sugar and do they carry the Halal certification label?
The three yolk options are in our Less Sugar range: they contain 30 g or less of total sugar per 100 g, based on the label. Plain Pure Lotus and White Lotus measure 37.7 g per 100 g and are not in this range. All lotus mooncakes are halal certified. Less Sugar describes the sugar amount on the label; it is not a health claim.
Are YuBake lotus mooncakes suitable for vegetarians, vegans and buyers with allergies?
They contain egg, so they suit vegetarians who eat egg but not vegans. They contain no pork, lard or alcohol. Common allergens include wheat, egg, almonds, sesame and peanuts. The facility also processes milk, soy, nuts, coconut and fish. Check the ingredient list on the product packaging.
How should I store YuBake's traditional baked lotus mooncakes?
Keep them cool and dry, away from direct heat. The printed date on the product packaging is the final guide. Traditional baked mooncakes are best before 25 October, or one month after Mid-Autumn Festival, whichever comes first.
Can YuBake deliver lotus mooncakes or offer self-collection?
We deliver throughout West Malaysia. Delivery starts at RM9 per address in Klang Valley and RM15 per set in West Malaysia; the exact fee appears at checkout. Ask us about East Malaysia or Singapore. Free self-collection is available from YuBake Coffee or Kuchai Lama daily from 12pm to 6pm.
