The Almond Florentines are not your regular cookies. It is halfway between a cookie and a candy – incredibly thin and nutty, coated in caramel sauce. They are homemade and very crunchy. We got to warn you first that they are very addictive, once you started it’s really hard to stop. Almost 100% of our early customer immediately order more after tasting it.
As it is extremely hard to make a good almond florentines, we can only bake and offer a limited quantity of florentines now.
These Florentines make a fantastic gift during Chinese New Year for the people you value dearly – They are packed in a transparent plastic jar with aluminum cap. Freshly baked and can be stored until the end of Chinese New Year if sealed properly.
