Most of our production time goes to extracting pandan paste from real and fresh pandan leaves, instead of pandan flavouring. Hence, it gives our cake a very thick pandan fragrance, and most importantly, it is healthy!

The jelly topping, or some would call them 'agar-agar', makes the whole cake packed with layers of pandan flavours, but with different texture. The coconut shreds made from fresh coconuts, gives the cake an even more delicate touch.
