   The cake is light and the layers of pandan filling was super fragrant. Great balance of taste and sweetness. I am a fan of pandan layer, personally would love to have a thicker layer of pandan filling. Again, sorry no photos, as forks and spoons triumphed over camera!

    Ordered this cake for the 1st time for a relative’s birthday and we all liked it – especially the pandan jelly on top. Fortunately the cake was not too sweet. Would be better if it had a stronger pandan aroma/taste.

    Ordered this cake twice for birthday celebrations. The minute the box was opened, the pandan aroma is palpable. Everyone loved the cake. The sweetness is just right. The generous layers of pandan jelly with equal amounts of pandan-infused sponge cake make this a delight to have for any occasion.
