   To double confirm on my order and my additional requests, I have liaised with their customer service via WhatsApp and their response was promptly replied. However, the requested birthday wishes on the cake was missing when it was delivered. The customer service (via WhatsApp) was apologetic and they have mentioned the kitchen could have missed that out as they were rushing on that day. Having said that, the cake was nice and we enjoyed having it plus delivery time was on point.

   Just one comment, need to check on the buyer’s request note when checking the order. I requested for no shredded coconut on the outer part of the cake but it came with it still.

    Ordered the pandan layer cake for Mother’s Day. My request was promptly attended to when I reached out, but after placing the order, customer service is completely non existence. My queries on delivery timing twice went unanswered. I questioned only after being contacted if delivery can be made on the day before Mother’s Day of which I declined. Asked for a rough delivery time as I wouldn’t be home with mum due to MCO restrictions and wanted to make sure the arrangement is properly in place. Feedback on the cake was good. But will think twice about repeating order.
