Opera cake is crunchy and soft, an interesting and strong taste. With a punch of coffee taste. I’d say if anyone loves coffee try it!
But I do not like coffee as much and the taste was too powerful.

Taste wise, it is soft on the upper half and crunchy at the bottom. A bit too much coffee for my palate but overall LOVIN it 💗.

The coffee flavor was very strong which I like. It would be better if the chocolate ganache is less firm or gelatinous for that creamy melt in the mouth experience.
