Our panettone is made from Italian flour with a lot of lactic butter and egg yolk, so the bread is soft and moist. We use fresh orange, lemon, and vanilla seeds for flavoring, so the fragrant is from natural sources. The bread is sweetened with homemade orange peel and sultana Raisin. It is best to slice then pull abit by abit, enjoy it like cotton candy
