7 days, or until stock runs out, whichever comes first. Festive stock is committed with our suppliers early in the season and popular sets go quickly, so quotes cannot be held open.

Yes. Worth flagging to your IT team if they filter aggressively, since invoices sent from personal addresses have been blocked by corporate spam filters before.
Bulk pricing applies from 20 sets.
Below that you are welcome to order at normal retail. Tell us it is for a company and we will make sure it is packed and invoiced properly. If your order is smaller but higher in value, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Discount is based on total order value, with better rates at higher volumes. Get in touch with your quantity and budget and we will come back with a figure and confirm availability.

No free samples. You are welcome to buy one set to try, and we will deduct what you paid from the full order once you confirm.
For customised orders we produce a printed proof for your approval before the full run, so build that into your timeline.

RM5 per set, minimum 20 sets.
No, we no longer offer logo printing on the mooncake surface. Logo on the packaging is the way to do it.
Yes, at three levels:
- Your logo added to our standard wish card
- A fully custom card you supply, which we print and insert
- Individually personalised messages, so different recipient names and messages across the same order
Printed cards need at least 2 days’ lead time.
Generally no. Festive packaging is printed in committed runs before the season starts, so a wording or design change means a whole new print run rather than a small edit. Customise via printed logo, stickers and cards instead. If you have something specific in mind, ask and we will tell you what is possible.
Vector files only: AI, EPS or PDF. Raster files like JPG or PNG do not print cleanly at the sizes involved.
Confirm where you want the logo placed. We will send a mock up before printing so you can check placement.
1 to 2 weeks before your delivery date, depending on the order and whether it needs customisation. Get in touch with your date and we will confirm what is achievable.
Earlier is still better, because popular sets sell out.
No fixed cut off. Contact us with your requirement and we will make a specific arrangement around your date.
Choice narrows quickly. Flavours sell out, customisation may not be possible, and outstation posting gets tight. Talk to us and we will tell you what is realistically achievable rather than promising and disappointing.

Corporate orders are paid in full before production. Festive stock is committed to your order once we confirm it, and it cannot be resold if the order falls through.
For larger orders, or if your finance process cannot release full payment upfront, raise it when we quote. We look at these individually.
We do not offer credit terms. Orders are on deposit and settlement terms, which we confirm when quoting.
Yes, including where different cost centres are paying.
Yes. We have handled orders raised against a customer PO with deposit.
Not yet, we are working on it. Talk to your sales contact about what your finance team needs in the meantime and we will do our best to accommodate.
No. We are not SST registered, so no SST is charged.
Logistics & Delivery
Yes, and it is common for corporate orders. Send us a list with a recipient name and contactable phone number for each address. Wrong or uncontactable recipient numbers are the single biggest cause of failed corporate deliveries and redelivery charges.
A flat rate per drop, which varies by area. Send us the address list with your enquiry and we will price it into the quote.
West Malaysia: RM15 per set. East Malaysia: RM30 per set.
Rates can rise closer to the festival as courier demand peaks. We confirm the figure on your quotation, so ordering early locks it in.
Yes, at the published rate above. Send us the addresses and we will confirm timing, since transit takes longer and the cut off is earlier.
It is negotiable on larger orders. Raise it when you are discussing the quote rather than after.
Yes, and it avoids delivery charges entirely. Worth considering for large single location orders.
Collection is from either YuBake Coffee or Kuchai Lama, whichever is shown on your order confirmation slip, daily between 12pm and 6pm.
Flavour and set changes are usually possible where stock allows. Packaging and anything already printed cannot be changed once the run has started.
We send replacements and claim against the courier ourselves. Report it with photos as soon as the boxes are opened.
This matters more for corporate orders than retail. A damaged set that has already been given to a client is a reputation problem, so raise it immediately rather than after distribution.
We will offer a substitute flavour or set, or refund the affected sets, whichever you prefer.
Committing early with a deposit is what actually secures stock. Verbal confirmations without payment have not held sets during peak season.
Product Quality & Dietary Concerns
Yes. All our mooncakes are made with halal ingredients, and our traditional baked mooncakes carry the halal certification mark printed on every box. We can send you a photo of the product label for your records.
No. Neither the traditional baked nor the Shanghai mooncakes contain alcohol, pork or lard.
Suitable for vegetarians who eat egg. No pork and no lard in any of them.
Not suitable for vegans, because all of them contain egg. The traditional baked skin is finished with an egg wash, and the Shanghai mooncake has a salted egg yolk centre.
Worth checking against your recipient list before you order.
Yes. Our Less Sugar mooncakes (少糖月饼) contain 30 g or less of total sugar per 100 g. Sixteen products qualify, across both the big and mini sizes, so you can build a full gift set entirely from the Less Sugar range.
Across our whole range sugar runs from 22 g to 37.7 g per 100 g, so these are the lower sugar half of what we make. The exact figure is printed on every label, and we can send you the panels for your order.
This is a useful option for staff gifting, where recipient preferences vary and you cannot ask everyone individually.
We do not describe these as low sugar, sugar free or suitable for diabetics, and we would ask that your internal communications do not either.
Every one of our mooncakes contains egg. Most also contain peanut and sesame, because we use a cooking oil blend that includes both.
Beyond that, allergens differ by flavour. Some contain wheat and some do not. Tree nuts vary by product: almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut and macadamia each appear in different mooncakes. A small number contain milk.
This matters when you are distributing to a large recipient list. Tell us which products are in your order and we will send you the label for each one, so your HR or admin team can circulate accurate information rather than a general statement.
Traditional baked mooncakes: best before 25 October, or one month after Mid-Autumn Festival, whichever comes first.
Shanghai mooncakes: best eaten within about 7 days of receiving, longer if kept in the chiller.
Both dates are printed on every box. If you are distributing to recipients over several days, factor this in. Mooncakes sitting in a warm office lose condition.
Yes, for traditional baked mooncakes. They carry a fixed expiry of 25 October, so every box in your order shows the same date. Useful if you are distributing over several weeks or handing sets to a large recipient list.
For Shanghai mooncakes the date moves with the production batch. Ask us and we will confirm the date on your specific delivery.
